How to Pack and Ship Guide

Here are 3 simple steps to help ensure your trade-in is safely delivered to our testing facility:

Use a sturdy box that fits your GPU or CPU and a lot of protective material including anti-static bubble wrap.

If you opted out of receiving our trade-in box and want to ship as soon as possible, please bring a shipping box that fits your component and a lot of protective material including anti-static bubble wrap. These can be purchased at any major department store such as Staples, Office Depot, or Walmart. Also, we strongly recommend using your component’s original box. If you requested a SellGPU trade-in box, it usually arrives within 2-3 business days.

Pack the graphics card inside the shipping box and be sure to add a lot of protective material under, over, and around the component.

Apply tape wherever necessary to securely seal the box. If you have your component’s original box, please pack the GPU or CPU inside it and then in the hard shipping box. Give the shipping box a small and quick shake to make sure nothing rattles. If you are using SellGPU’s trade-in box, you may skip adding protective material as long as the component is firmly held by the box and does not move or rattle.

Affix the shipping label we provide you on to the box and drop it off at your local USPS post office.

Once we receive, and test your component, you will receive your payment within three days. If the component fails our tests and checklist, we return it (on us) at your discretion.
