How the trade-in process works ### The three steps 1. **Get a free offer.** Choose your component from the menu and answer a few questions about chipset, model, brand, and condition. A quote is generated instantly, in USD, and the item is added to your cart. Multiple items can be combined into one order. 2. **Ship it.** At checkout you choose either a prepaid return label emailed to you, or a free mailer box shipped to you with anti-static foam and packaging. Both are free. Then either schedule a free USPS pickup (requires a free USPS.com account), or drop the pre-labeled box at a Post Office - or a UPS Store for PC trade-ins and bulk orders. Pre-labeled packages can skip the line and be left at the counter drop-off spot. 3. **Get paid.** On arrival the component is tested. Once it passes inspection, payment is released. Components are insured 100% by SellGPU from the moment they ship. If an item fails testing, it is returned free of charge at the seller's discretion.
